How Much Will I Get Back?
The refund amount depends on how far in advance you cancel relative to your check-in date. All percentages apply to the room charge component only — taxes are always refunded in full.
How to Cancel Your Booking
You can cancel your booking at any time through your UNO account. Go to My Account → My Bookings → select the booking → Cancel Booking. The cancellation is processed immediately and you will receive a confirmation email with your refund details within a few minutes.

Refund Processing Timeline
Once your cancellation is confirmed, the refund is initiated immediately to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card network:
• Credit / Debit Cards: 5–7 business days • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm): 1–3 business days • Net Banking: 3–5 business days • Digital Wallets: 1–2 business days
UNO initiates the refund on the same day as cancellation. The actual credit date depends on your bank's processing time, which is outside our control. If your refund has not appeared after 10 business days, please contact us with your cancellation reference number.
No-Show Policy
If you do not arrive at the hotel without prior cancellation, the booking is treated as a no-show. No-shows are charged the full room amount — no refund is issued.
If you are unable to reach the property due to an emergency, please contact our support team at +91 9805096956 as early as possible. We will do our best to assist, subject to the hotel's discretion.
Modifications and Date Changes
Date changes are subject to availability and may result in a price difference. To modify your booking, contact our support team at info@unohotelsandresorts.com or +91 9805096956. Changes are not guaranteed and depend on the hotel's availability.
If you wish to shorten your stay (early check-out), the hotel's cancellation policy applies to the cancelled nights. Please discuss early check-out directly with the property at check-in.
Payment and Invoice Terms
All payments must be made exclusively to the official UNO Hotels & Resorts account. UNO Hotels & Resorts is operated by PTW Holidays Private Limited. Never make payments to hotel staff, third parties, or unofficial accounts claiming to represent UNO.
GST invoices are issued digitally and must be requested at checkout or within 5 days of check-out. No invoices will be issued after this period. To request your GST invoice, email us at info@unohotelsandresorts.com with your booking ID and GSTIN.
Disputes and Escalations
If you believe a cancellation penalty was incorrectly applied, you can raise a dispute from your account under My Bookings → View Booking → Raise Dispute. Our team reviews all disputes within 5 business days.
