The room price shown already includes our platform fee. The only addition is Taxes & Fees applied at checkout — this covers hotel tax and government levies. There are no hidden charges. What you see at checkout is exactly what you pay.

Room prices on Uno Hotels are Room Only by default unless a meal plan is selected. When you choose a room, you can add Breakfast, Lunch, or Dinner individually at transparent per-person prices. Meal charges are shown clearly before you confirm your booking.

Once your payment is successful, a booking confirmation with your confirmation number is sent instantly to your registered email address. You can also view and manage all your bookings under My Account → My Bookings at any time.

You can cancel or modify your booking from My Account → My Bookings. Select the booking and choose Cancel or Request Modification. Refund amount depends on how far in advance you cancel: more than 15 days — 90% refund; 7–15 days — 50% refund; less than 7 days — no refund. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. For modifications, you can contact our support team directly.

Yes, you can book for a guest other than yourself. During checkout, enter the guest's name and contact details in the Guest Details section. The booking confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

We accept all major payment methods via Razorpay — UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, Debit & Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), and popular wallets. UPI and Net Banking have no additional charges. A 2% processing fee applies for card payments.
