You can cancel or modify your booking from My Account → My Bookings. Select the booking and choose Cancel or Request Modification. Refund amount depends on how far in advance you cancel: more than 15 days — 90% refund; 7–15 days — 50% refund; less than 7 days — no refund. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Yes, you can book for a guest other than yourself. During checkout, enter the guest's name and contact details in the Guest Details section. The booking confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
