Refund amount depends on how far in advance you cancel: more than 15 days — 90% refund; 7–15 days — 50% refund; less than 7 days — no refund. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. For modifications, you can contact our support team directly.

Yes, you can book for a guest other than yourself. During checkout, enter the guest's name and contact details in the Guest Details section. The booking confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
